The Program (Adults):

Stage 1 (Month 1 to 3) – Preparing the Intestinal Terrain
Consume 1 capsule of HCP® Support and 1 capsule of HCP®70 with breakfast and dinner for a total of 4 capsules per day.

Stage 2 (Month 4 to 6) – Proper Colonization
Consume 1 capsule of HCP®70 with breakfast and dinner for a total of 2 capsules per day.

Stage 3 (Month 7 and beyond) – Probiotic Maintenance
Consume 1 capsule of HCP®70 per day with the meal of your choice.
